Modjossorica "Rica" Elysée is Founder & CEO of BeautyLynk®, co-creator of Care in the Chair™, and co-founder of #AtTheTable. She builds beauty-tech marketplaces and trauma-aware protocols that help stylists and barbers notice, respond, and connect clients to support from the chair. Boston-based, she speaks on beauty and technology, marketplace growth, and Black women founders in tech.

Co-creator and clinical lead, Care in the Chair™
Dr. Charmain Jackman is an award-winning psychologist and entrepreneur working at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and technology. As founder of InnoPsych, creator of AI-Ready Therapist, and author of The Black Therapist's Guide to Private Practice and Entrepreneurship, she is dedicated to making mental health care accessible, inclusive, and stigma-free. Her work centers on creating trauma-informed spaces that support healing and wellbeing, and Care in the Chair™ brings that mission to life.
